While reading the 6th book the night it came out, (It took me 18 hours to read it, if I remember correctly) I had a few ideas of the pairings.
First pairing~ Severus/Narcissa
As I read these first few chapters I couldn't help but notice how 'close' these two seemed to be. While I never really thought of this pairing, I couldn't help but wonder just how close were these two characters that would make him the first person to run to.
Second pairing~ Remus/Tonks
I'm not sure why, but this pairing bothers me. Tonks seems more like a Mary-Sue than anything. I really don't see how Tonks and Remus could be compatible....
The biggest group of pairings I didn't like~~ Harry/Ginny and Ron/Hermione.
I was not happy about either one of these pairings. Let's start with Harry/Ginny first. Ginny had a crush on Harry forever, and he finally takes notice of Ginny after she's already moved on with other guys. He doesn't even realize he likes her until him and Ron catch her making out in the hallway. He's just a little too dense sometimes. And, to top it off, they break up at the end of the book! It seems as JK wanted to sedate the H/G fans for a while, and then get rid of that pairing as soon as possible.
Now, Ron/Hermione. Hermione seemed just a little OOC throughout the entire book with her reationship with Ron. I'd rather see her with Harry than with Ron (even though I stopped liking Harry during OOTP). Ron is a complete idiot, and why Hermione would want to be with him is baffling. Hell, I would even support her and Krum over Ron. It's been very prominent within the books that she was more relaxed around Harry than with Ron.
I wasn't very happy with these last three pairings, and the first pairing was quite strange but interesting nonetheless. So, those are my thoughts...tell me what you think

Agreed! I'm not keen on that one myself. It just seems like they were thrown together for the sake of it really.

Personally, I love the Bill/Fleur and Remus/Tonks pairings... 
However, I can't stand Ron/Hermione and Harry/Ginny.
Ron/Hermione : They were fighting, they were cruel to each other and Hermione did seem a lot OOC.
Harry/Ginny : They brought out the worst in each other. I hated how Ginny was so mean when she talked about Fleur. Also, when she did bad things, there were no consequences. I hated how everybody in the book thought she was perfect even though she did so many bad things. And I hated how she jumped on Hermione's throat. 
To be honest, I disliked Harry, Hermione, Ron AND Ginny in this book.
However, I don't think that Ron/Hermione and Harry/Ginny will be the final pairings so I can't wait for book 7...

I used to love Harry Potter when I was young and naive. Severus/Narcissa was always my favorite pairing. And it still is, and will be forever! The magic between them will never fade away. But honestly, I lost my respect to JKR when she revealed that Severus loved that st*p*d sl*t Lily. That was the moment when I stopped waiting for new Harry Potter stuff. I haven't read the last two books but I've heard everything about them - no thanks! And I will NEVER watch the last movies...
